Conceptual through final design across commercial, industrial, residential, and renovation work.

Construction documents drawn in-house and coordinated with structural, MEP, and fire-protection consultants.

On the site through certificate of occupancy: bidding, review, inspection, and as-built coordination.

Visualization and analytical services delivered in-house or through long-standing consultant partners.

An unbilled call to understand the project, the parcel, the schedule, and where the file should begin.

Site walk, code review, feasibility, and owner program. We agree on what is being built before design begins.

Conceptual, schematic, then final design. Drawn by Tom and reviewed with the owner at each step.
